Rochester NY Emergency Tree Removal

I had the pleasure of meeting THE BEST Tree Service - MONTALBANO TREE SERVICE https://www.facebook.com/share/18okHfLWjk/ I highly recommend them. They were amazing. A crew of 6 came, worked together and in less than 2 hours, took a huge pine tree down, ground out the trunk and roots. They were kind, efficient and left my yard spotless afterward.

This company is professional, polite and did an amazing job trimming my cottonwood tree. They cleaned up everything. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! After a wind storm took down 3 of our 4 pine trees (each at least 30 feet tall), they were left leaning and being held up by the last tree. I was absolutely panicked thinking about the remaining tree coming down and causing even more damage. I called, and Lori was so kind and reassuring. She immediately got my message to Frank, and he returned my call within an hour. He came out the very same day after work to provide an estimate and had the entire job completed 2 days later. The team was professional, efficient, and did exceptional work. They turned a very stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Thank you, Frank and team, for your quick response and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Met with Frank to discuss a tree removal and get a quote. He was extremely helpful, and flexible given our request. Felt like we have known him for years but only just met him. Spoke again with him and Laurie over the phone to nail down some details. Again, very helpful. The crew came in mid Sept. and the work completed according to our request. They were very professional, and the tree was down and area cleaned up. Could not be happier with the service Montalbano's provided ! Many thanks.

Frank's crew came and took care of a very large branch (covered half of my lawn) from a huge tree in my front lawn that came down during last week's fierce wind storm. They did a great job and I was very impressed by how quickly they took care of the removal. Very professional outfit and they sure know what they are doing. I highly recommend Montalbano Tree Service for any job needed!!!!

I had some trees that needed some tending to - badly. I contacted Frank, he came out - we talked about what I was thinking, he gave his insightful opinion and that was it - I was happy. The crew came out and trimmed a few trees, coordinated the utility shut down as I had a mess around power lines, took a tree down and ground out the stump. I could not have asked for a better job - they were on task and very well coordinated. Perfect, thank you. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any sort of tree service.

Montalbano Tree Service is without a doubt the best. Starting with Lori and then meeting with Frank. Their work crew is so friendly (especially Saint Nick 😉) I felt like my nephews were here doing the work! The job they did along with the clean up was beyond great. If you're looking for the best, don't look any further, call Montalbano !

Family business that is well-run, professional, and prompt. Members of our family and I have used Frank and the Montalbano team in the past. The recent tree work was no different; great service, knowledgeable, always full clean up after and fair pricing.

We would recommend them 100%, as our neighbor said "those guys really know what they're doing." All we had to do was open the gate for them and they did the rest. They trimmed two big maple trees, cut down two evergreens, mulched 3 stumps plus raked and cleaned up everything that was left. This was all accomplished in about 7 hours and our yard looks great.

Best tree service in Monroe County. Fast, efficient, courteous and thorough clean up. Won't use anyone else. Tree ninjas, in and out and you hardly know they're there!

Montalbano removed a large tree that was threatening power lines, my home, shed and my neighbor's home. This required delicate removal to prevent damage to abutting fir trees. I was impressed with the work. It was completed within 2 hours including stump grinding, and there was no damage. I would definitely recomment them.

Jason and his crew from Montalbano Tree Service did a great job bringing down the tall old scraggly pines in my backyard that were butchered by a tree service RGE uses. Will did one heck of job on the 89 foot lift, expertly cutting over the high tension line going through my backyard. I just wanted the trees down but could afford to do just half of them this year. Frank came over and ended up giving me a great deal I couldn't refuse making it affordable enough to do them all at once. They were able to bring down 14 of my trees and 2 of my neighbors all in one day. The crew are all friendly, professional, and hard working. Thanks guys.

I had Frank and his crew at my house this past November to remove 14 super tall trees. It was very fascinating to see the crew work as a team, very carefully and always communicating with each other. These trees came down quickly; I believe they were here roughly 2 hours from setting up, cutting down and cleaning up. I was very impressed with my choice in a tree company. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of tree removal. I also want to mention that I had a very large tree (Tree of Heaven) which is not so Heavenly; removed which was standing right next to an enclosed GLASS patio. They were very careful in protecting the glass panes by placing boards in front of them. Clean up - WOW! That's all I can say. Impressive! This is a family-owned operation who are true professionals who take pride in their work and their company. Thank you and I will see you this summer - I have more trees that I would like taken down.

Montalbano Tree Service is THE only tree service we've used for years. Why? Because they offer not only the best price, but expert and thorough service. They get in and out quickly, are considerate of the area, haul everything away and clean up the area. If you want the job done right, call Montalbano. Thanks Frank and crew!

A tree fell on my home yesterday. It was laying across the roof of my home. I called Frank and he responded immediately. He came out and gave me an estimate. I forwarded on to the insurance company and they started working to remove the fallen tree within an hour. They removed the tree limb, cleaned up any debris and was packed up and left before I knew it. This is a remarkable service and I am pleased to have called this company.

wow just wow what a great job they did on my yard and left barley any lawn damages

I called Frank Montalbano about removing 20 or so large pine trees that were becoming very overgrown. He quickly mobilized his team of experts and in a matter of a few days was able to take care of my tree issues. The property now looks wonderful and I would recommend his services to anyone. Frank and his team are excellent at tree removal and they go about their business in a very effective and professional manner.

great work! Will call back when needed

After a storm hit our neighborhood, I contacted Frank. I had a 60+ ft Pine tree go down and wanted another pine taken down as a precaution. Frank came and gave me an estimate. I arranged for the work to be done while we were at work. I cannot say how impressed I was with Frank and his crew. The only evidence that trees were even in those spots (besides the lack of trees) was the lack of grass in those areas. The stumps were ground, the debris removed, the ground was level. There was no trace of branches, twigs, nothing! It was so neat and tidy! All I had to do was plant grass. I will now trust the Montalbano company for ALL my tree work. No other company that I have used was as professional, efficient, well priced and tidy! They treated my property like it was their own. What else can you ask for in a tree company?!

What an amazing group of people! Frank came out and gave us a written estimate. Less than one week later the very large old pine tree came down. This group works together like a well oiled machine. They were all respectful of us, our property, and each other. We won't let anyone else take care of our family trees, neither should you!

What a nice experience! Got an immediate estimate from Frank and they completed the job one week later. Very polite and hardworking crew. Everyone knew their job and worked great as a team. It was a very large maple tree and the job was completed in a few hours. I am convinced there would be no job too big for them to handle. Family owned and they clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. Thank you Frank and staff.

Frank and his crew took down and fully removed six dying ash trees in our back yard. He and the guys were true professionals and did a great job right down to making sure my yard and my neighbors yards were fully cleaned of any debris. I would definitely use Montalbano Tree Service again. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Frank for a great job at a fair price.
